1. Scope of Service
- The service includes cleaning and disinfection of water tanks and reservoirs using mechanized equipment and eco-friendly cleaning agents.
- Additional services, such as repairs or inspections, must be separately agreed upon in writing.
- The cleaning process will comply with industry best practices and applicable regulations.
2. Service Schedule and Access
- Services will be scheduled in consultation with the customer.
- The customer must ensure unhindered access to the water tank/reservoir area on the agreed date and time.
- If access is not provided or delayed, additional charges may apply.
3. Preparation and Water Drainage
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the tanks/reservoirs are emptied before cleaning unless otherwise specified in the contract.
- If the service provider assists with water drainage, additional charges may apply, and disposal will adhere to environmental guidelines.
4. Health and Safety Compliance
- All cleaning will be performed with equipment and practices that meet health and safety standards.
- The customer must disclose any hazardous materials, structural risks, or contaminants present in the tank before the service commences.
5. Service Limitations
- Mechanized cleaning focuses on removing sediment, algae, and contaminants. Permanent stains, discoloration, or structural defects (e.g., cracks, rust) may not be rectified during the service.
- The service provider will not repair structural damages unless included in the agreement.
6. Liability
- The service provider is not responsible for any damages caused due to pre-existing issues, such as weak structures, rust, or cracks in the tanks/reservoirs.
- In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by the service provider's negligence, liability will be limited to the cost of repair or service fees.
7. Waste Disposal
- Waste material removed during cleaning will be disposed of responsibly by the service provider unless the customer specifies alternate arrangements.
- Any specific disposal requests must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
8. Equipment and Power Usage
- The service provider will bring and use its own mechanized cleaning equipment.
- The customer must provide access to a reliable electricity supply if required for operating the equipment. Any additional power sources or arrangements will be the customer's responsibility.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made as per the agreed terms (e.g., upfront, post-service, or milestone-based).
- Late payments will attract penalties as outlined in the invoice or contract.
- Taxes (if applicable) will be charged in addition to the service fee.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
11. Warranty and Disputes
- The service provider guarantees the quality of cleaning for up to 7 days post-service. Any concerns must be reported within this period.
- Disputes will be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, will be subject to legal proceedings under the jurisdiction outlined below.
12. Force Majeure
- The service provider will not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government-imposed restrictions.
13. Customer Responsibility
- The customer must inform the service provider of any special requirements or sensitive issues related to the cleaning process before the commencement of the service.
- Any damage caused due to non-disclosure of such issues will not be the responsibility of the service provider.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
